The Benefits of Epsom Salts

Bathing in Epsom salts extracts toxins from a tense body. It helps detoxify and exfoliate the skin, making it cleaner and look fresher. It also helps with irritated and dry skin. Relaxing in a bath of Epsom salt will also help reduce swelling and muscle tension.

When making homemade bath salts it is best to use Epsom salt. A mixture of sea salt and Epsom will still work, whereas normal table salt won’t do too much good.
